Cura Debt did a very good job for me. The thing that impressed me the most was the speed in their responses to any inquiries or emails I sent. Every one of the staff was kind and friendly to deal with. I was current on my bills, just way too much in debt. It was not easy for me to wait out the first 3-4 months as we needed to let the bills get behind so the creditors would work with us. It is a very nerve-wrecking process, but CuraDebt made it so easy and less stressful by taking the phone calls and mailings themselves and keeping the stress off me. They were also kind enough to reduce or adjust the service fee for some creditors if the creditors were the ones who initiated or offered the settlement themselves! I found them VERY HONEST, RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIVE, COMPASSIONATE and EFFECTIVE! I highly recommend this instead of bankruptcy or a debt consolidation program!

My wife and I were very unsure about using a service of this type. We knew nothing about it. Frankly, we decided to work with CuraDebt because of our initial contact person, Renata. She was very professional, answered all of our questions and dealt with us in a manner that was comfortable for us. We now know that everyone at CuraDebt interacts with us in a very similar manner. Each department, every contact does what they say they will do. We are treated professionally and more important we are treated with respect and dignity.We are senior citizens and have made a mistake or two in trying to get paperwork sent in properly.In each instance it was explained to us what we had done wrong and what needed to be done to correct the problem. We have every confidence that CuraDebt and its excellent staff is working very hard to help us eliminate our debt as quickly as possible. It is a joy to know that we have people that care and are on our side. CuraDebt is simply the best.

I enrolled into curadebt after carefully completing my research about them in the Internet.So far they have settled two of my accounts with creditors and I am completely satisfied with the service offered by Curadebt. They are doing a great job in negotiating better deals from creditors which we will not be able to do. I would like to give SARA ALVAREZ (curadebt negotiator) special appreciation for working so hard and getting me better deals.

At the end of 2008 we knew we needed help to pay off our credit cards. We were like so many others just getting deeper in debt. We knew we needed help and we wanted to make sure that we did pay what we owed to our creditors. We did a search on the internet and looked through the BBB and found that CuraDebt was the best company that could help us get out of debt. We have settled many of our debts and CuraDebt has been with us every step of the way. They have negotiated alot of our debts down to well over 50%. It's great to know that there are people out there who actually want to see you get out of debt and even send you suggestions on how to change the way you spend your money so you won't be in this situation again. We have more debts to settle but I know with this company they have our best interest at heart and I know we are in good hands. Whoever reads this I highly recommend you consider CuraDebt. I do not know where to begin. I am so thankful for Diego P. He is kind, helpful,understanding, patient and always pleasant. When i first started in this program I was so worried that this was to good to be true i waited for the "shoe to drop" waiting for the catch, I started out with Yamille, she was great always there for me she settled a few of my debts with great results, then, she told me Diego was taking over i was so afraid because i built such a trust in Yamille. Then Diego called and started working with me and i was taken back at how wonderful he is,He is always in contact with me he helped me through, he always let me know that i didn't need to worry that he and CursDebt were there for me and they were. I am almost through with the program my settlements were great, I encourage anyone that is in debt and feel helpless please enter this program. I will answer any questions if anyone has any doubts. Again i cannot thank Diego enough for being there for me in what seemed to me at the time a hopeless situation. Thank you is not enough.
